Mr. Peter Chin graduated from Yuan Ze University, holding a master's degree of Finance. Mr. Chin is the founder, Chairman and President of JY Investment Co., Ltd. JY Investment joined the Spirox Board of Directors in 2018. Mr. Chin has been the Vice Chairman since 2018, and was elected as Chairman in December in 2022. Mr. Chin is also board member of Yeuan Yeou Enterprise, LE BLE D'OR, Long Sun Brewing, Universe Circular Technology and Molsentech.
Mr. Paul Yang graduated from National Cheng Kung University, holding a master's degree of Electrical Engineering. With substantial experiences in semiconductor industry in both Taiwan and China, Mr. Yang is specialized in business model construction, value proposition for competitive edge and team building, and was as GM of Taiwan and Korea of Semiconductor Testing Business Group in Agilent Technologies, President of Global Testing Corporation Taiwan and CEO of Global Testing Corporation Group, President of Unimos Shanghai of ChipMOS Group, VP of Spirox Corporation and President of Infinet Technologies of Spirox Group.
Mr. Jemmy Chen graduated from Tamkang University, majored in Electronic Engineering. Mr. Chen worked in ERSO, ITRI for 8 years in his early career life. With strong technical background and extensive experiences of software and platform development, Mr. Chen is also well-known for his technical team building and project management skill. Mr. Chen is co-founder of Jetek Technology Corp.
Mr. Charles Lin graduated from Texas A&M University, majored in Electronic Engineering. Mr. Lin has previously worked in Agilent Technologies, ACE. Solutions, Good Will Instrument Co. Ltd., was President of Infinet Technologies and ATeam Scientific Ltd. of Spirox Group, and has substantial experiences in business development and people management. Mr. Lin is General Manager of China Biz Group and President of Spirox Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Mr. Alex Huang is the Vice President of Engineering Service Division of TW Biz Group. Mr. Huang joined Spirox Corporation in 1989 and he has accumulated industry expertise in semiconductor testing related product integration, repairing, components design and manufacture.
